Mehandi :

Mehandi function – Outdoor wedding

Theme – Mediterranean theme

Colours – Yellow and blue

Theme -Description

it’s an Italian lemon themed Mehandi using with
lemons and Italian vases with blue and white theme elements. Flowers
mostly using with white , yellow and blue flowers
The yellow lemons are the mainly highlight for the decors

Welcome board -Mediterranean themed welcome board designs with

couples hashtag and elements are using with Italian themed vases, lemons,
and cane baskets White German tent is the location in Ramada is selected
for the Mehandi functions Ceiling using with blue and white cloth
drapings and flower chandlier hangings for the ceiling works

Bar counter using with the bar letters and couples hashtag for customising
the vibe.

Customised standing tables for the bar area. Letter cutting hashtag is used
as the Photobooth for taking photos near to the lake area.
Backdrop using with tassels hangings the colour theme is used with
different shades of blue ( combination of light blue, dark blue and white )
printed cloths and sea through backdrop which gives the perfect Mehandi
vibe. Seating for the bride and groom using with white style couch and
designed pillows and bolsters based on the theme .
Dance floor which highlights the blue and white themed. DJ corner plays
all kind of Bollywood song along with the Nasik dhol. This entertainment
which gives the perfect vibe to the Mehandi beautifully.
Couple entered to the beats of the Punjabi Dhol and DJ mix
Couple’a sisters made a board entry with their nephews. It makes entry so
beautifully

Sangeet :

For the Sangeet night, disco party shimmer theme was incorporated in
every aspect, in the decor and ambience. The lettering for the welcome
board has disco lights with shimmer making it fit perfectly to the theme.
The Sangeet was indoors at the Ramada. Pampas’s grass was a fun
trend that used leafy palms which were intertwined to the top with a disco
ball at the center.
At the entrance area the bouncy beats of the shimmer sounds and ceiling
using with the disco themed hangings with silver crystal hangings and sequence hangings which gives the awesome ambience of the sangeet
night. We planned the customised coasters and special customised bar for
the shimmer theme paraya sangeet night.
Neon themed couples names writings for the entrance area. Silver
sequence and shimmer which gives glittering vibe to the sangeet. Couples
costume is related to the glittering matches to the entire vibe. LED wall
using as the backdrop and visuals related to the shimmer touch.
Entertainment and the music for the evening extravaganza was DJ with
water drums

 

Wedding :

The wedding party started with the Bharaat coming in to beats of the
Punjabi Dhol and Nasik Dhol. The groom entered with vintage car for the
groom entry. The bride came in like a dream with her father and mother,
under the phool ka chaadhar.
Varamala happened with the sunset over the backwater of Ramada as the
backdrop. The couple exchanged the garlands with each other by cool
fire, as they were being showered by flower confetti, making it the perfect
evening.
Groom used pastel colour Chudi with a pagoda to match by andglory
official. Bride wore a resplendent pink colour Anita Dongre lehanga. Bride
wore an anti themed green jewellery for her special day. Bride’s make up
was done by the famous duo Sajith and Sujith The bride and groom’s
family wore two different styles of Pagadis for the event.

The mandap was replete with fresh flowers. The pillars for the mandap
was customised and had flower hangings as decoration.Pastel colours are
using for the wedding decoration.
The humakund was used as apart of the he wedding rituals. The bride and
groom were seated during the rituals on chairs specially designed for the
ceremony. Low seater chairs for the bride and groom family as they
witnessed the Varnamala. A special Chawki seating for the priest. The
guests were seated in clusters round table arrangement. The ceiling decor
with mirchi lights and Edison bulbs were used for the entire tent area.
Light Chandeliers for the ceiling centre area acted as the partition for the
